Account Closure

The user can close their account any time by contacting the website’s remote support service. Before closing the account, the user must withdraw any remaining funds from their gaming account. Upon closure, the user loses access to all functions and data of their account.

Account Suspension/Blocking

The player’s account can be suspended/blocked upon request by the player or by the company.

• A player can suspend their account through the website by selecting the suspension/blocking button in their personal cabinet. The account can be suspended for different periods—1 day, 2 days, 3 days or indefinitely (for indefinite blocking, the player needs to contact remote support service). A temporarily blocked account will be reactivated after the suspension period ends.

• The company may suspend or block the player’s account in cases such as at the request of an authorized body, if illegal activity is detected on the account, or if the player is prohibited from participating in games of chance and/or profitable games under the legislation of Georgia.

If an account is created by a person, who is prohibited from participating in gambling under the law of Georgia on “Organizing Lotteries, Games of Chance and Other Prize Games”, the company will block the account and notify the player via email, SMS, or a notification displayed upon logging in. In the case of blocking, the player cannot place bets or deposit funds. If the player does not withdraw the funds from their gaming account within 90 days of the blocking, the funds will be considered abandoned. Withdrawals are not allowed for persons, who are not verified according to legal procedures.

According to legal requirements, abandoned funds will be transferred to a special account by the company.

A suspended/blocked account may be reactivated, when:

• The suspension/blocking period has expired, if applicable;

• An authorized body has given relevant consent for the account to be reactivated;

• The player has fully complied with corrective actions, if applicable;

• The issue, on the basis of which the person was prohibited to participate in games of chance and/or profitable games under the law of Georgia on “Organizing Lotteries, Games of Chance and Other Prize Games”, has been resolved.

In the case of account suspension, the player will not be able to place bets. In the case of blocking, the player cannot place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds unless the blocking was due to a prohibition to participate in games of chance and/or profitable games.

If the player's internet connection is interrupted during the game, the bets placed before the interruption remain valid.

Malfunction voids all pays.
